Today I’m going to share with you quotes about pain and life. The First Noble Truth of Buddhism is, life is suffering; includes birth, getting old, disease, and ultimately death.

Other than physical pain, we also have to endure psychological suffering like loneliness, frustration, fear, embarrassment, disappointment and anger.
